How did you learn to cut curly hair?

I learned to cut curly hair by training under a master stylist and by taking every word and technique to heart.

What's your technique?

I love the natural beauty of curly hair and try not to change it with too much texture. Curly hair needs balance and shape to achieve the look you want.

I love Unite and Rene Furterer to help keep curly hair soft, healthy, and frizz-free.

Any advice for other stylists?

Take some classes to help you to understand curly hair and then practice on some models.

What's the hottest curly trend?

Curly hair has really made a comeback, especially big, wavy, beachy-looking hair, which is always perfect for summer!
