How did you learn to cut curly hair?

I first learned to cut curly hair by trial and error. As time went along my training has allowed me to be educated by some of the industries best stylist!

What's your technique?

Depending on the hair's fabric and density I will cut wet or opt to blow the hair out.

What products do you like best?

There are ALOT of curly hair products out there! My go to favorites right now are Philip Pelusi's Recurl. If you want to bring bounce and spring to wavy or kinky curly hair. This will do it! Also you can't forget about the one and only Miss Jessie's Products. Awesome

Any advice for other stylists?

Embrace the natural curl culuture! Learn new and exciting techniques to offer your guests. Best of all just have fun with it. Curls!

What's the hottest curly trend?

Im seeing a lot of natural free flowing waves. For my ladies who rock the puff, the coiled set with a little bit of flower power. Curlly hair is extremely versitle
