How did you learn to cut curly hair?

I learned it on my own really. They taught us in beauty school but being in the salon you learn so much more. I just played around with cutting techniques on friends until I found the right one for me when cuttin curly hair.

What's your technique?

Dependinf on the coarseness of hair I cut it wet or dry. I usually do a point cut on curly hair. I pull it straight out then let it relax but pushing it back to the head.Depending on thickness I might go in and do a lil texturizing.

What products do you like best?

There are several products that I like. The main product I like best is Paul Mitchel. The Awapuwi shampoo is best for dry damaged hair.

What's the hottest curly trend?

Lots of layers and a scrunch and go style.
