How did you learn to cut curly hair?

My dolls, Beauty school, practicing and demonstrating on family and friends, Watching other stylist, My family members, that are also stylist, videos, and advanced training classes

What's your technique?

It depends on the type of curl. I cut some types wet, and some, I blow smoothe, and cut dry.

What products do you like best?

I love AG, Mizani, Matrix, Biolage, Jane Carter Solutions, Aestelance, Tigi, Nioxin, Ms. Jessies, Paul Mitchell, Phyto, Kerastase, Loreal, Aubrey Organics, Kenra, and lots of Organic, and Natural products! Also, some of my own custom blended hair oils..

Any advice for other stylists?

Listen to your clients needs and wants.Learn how to do EVERYONES HAIR, types, and textures, Have fun with everything you do. Keep learning, and stay knowledgeable of all of the things going on in the industry. Be versatile. Have fun! Be honest with your clients.

What's the hottest curly trend?

I love curly bobs, with color! I love big Afros, 2 strand textured twist outs.. Anything that's funky, is a curly trend..
