How did you learn to cut curly hair?

I learned how to cut curly hair by searching out the best educators in the industry. Listening and watching those educators, believing that curly hair needs to be cut differently than staight hair. Also, by listening to clients talk about their hair. Then, putting it all to work and loving it!

What's your technique?

My technique is to take every head of hair and preform an individualized analysis of what I have to work with. By cutting with the hair to enhance it's beauty. To work with the hair, not against it. Let the hair, be my guide.

Any advice for other stylists?

Always take the rebound factor into consideration when taking off length!!!
