How did you learn to cut curly hair?

I have curly hair and have made it apoint to become as educated as possible! I've trained with Bumble and bumble, DevaCurl and have developed skill through experience.

What's your technique?

I won't commit to only one technique, as every head of curls is different! I can cut wet or dry depending on curl tye, density, and desired end result.

What products do you like best?

Bumble and bumble or Devacurl are my favorites for most types of curl. I also like Miss Jessie's for coarser ethnic curls.

Any advice for other stylists?

Learn to envision the shapes your creating in 3 dimension.

What's the hottest curly trend?

I'm seeing a lot more short curly hair than I have in the last few years. Chin length bobs with fringe, almos 1960's mod shapes...
