How did you learn to cut curly hair?

Had the honor to train and work at the prestigious Devachan salon in New york.

What's your technique?

My cutting technique is the Devacurl method. As a current educator for Devaconcepts, I bear witness to amazing transformation this technique does for stylist and clients.

What products do you like best?

I personally use the Devacurl product for moisture, Design Essentials and Uncle Funky Daughter's to define a more hydrated style.

Any advice for other stylists?

Be consistence, be professional and most important stay current. More and more clients is seeking stylist that know and understand their needs and can address those needs. Clients seek stylist to recommend products to them on their natural journey.

What's the hottest curly trend?

Well defined curl.
