This didn't do anything for my hair. Left it stiff and undermoisturized.

This had 2 grow on me because,at first it made my hair stiff, plus it strongly smells.like laundry detergent. However when I started using it as my L in the LOC method ,i had much better results that left my hair with a balance of protein & moisture.

I never write reviews but this has truly done me justice. It's great for what the directions say as a BASE for your other stylers. I use this in conjunction with the as I am jelly and my hair has never looked better, with this combo I get 7 day hair! It smells like fabric softener and the smell lingers. One of the best leave-ins I have ever used, my new staple.

Way too lightweight for my 3b, coarse, dry hair. No detangling ability and not much moisturization. Does help keep frizz at bay, but not much. Crème de la Crème Conditioner is a better leave-in for me. The Alcohol Denat makes me nervous. I've read that alcohol can't penetrate the hair shaft, and that it evaporates and helps hair dry faster, etc. etc.; but, products that usually contain ethyl alcohol (i.e. hairspray) can make my hair so brittle it cracks. This leave-in has a sort of lemony scent. It smells similar to Quick Curls (but not as fresh and nice), but it also smells "detergenty", like Creme de la Curl. (Yup...I totally get the toilet bowl cleaner comparison...)

I really like this leave-in conditioner. It has a very fresh smell, like soap. Someone mentioned toilet bowl cleaner and I kind of smell that as well. lol It performs well though. It makes my 4A/B twa soft and shiny. I use this before using the Coily Custard.

I love, love, love this product. Unfortunately, I am not too keen on the smell (smell likes toilet bowl cleaner), but I love what is does to my hair. It deff. makes my curls POP! I find that, for me, it works best when applied in the shower, when my hair is saturated. I then shake out the excess water and plop with a T-shirt for about 10 minutes while I get dress. I would absolutely recommend this product to others.

Using products containing alcohol makes me nervous BUT I really wanted to try a pre-styler leave in conditioner. Even though the smell is terrible, I am pleased with the results. It provided great slip & moisture. Definitely a staple product for me. However, I won't use it too often due to the alcohol. I wish it was alcohol free.

I really loved how it works on my hair. I has a nice texture and I do not need to use a lot. I got this product for 40% off and free shipping at the miss Jessie's website. I only bought one to try but now I have 5 more on the way! ($33.00 for 5 bottles.) That is a great deal. Highly recommended.

Worked really well on my hair, purchased 40% off which I loved! Light clean scent and nice consistancy not too thick..I'll be using this sparingly so it will last me a while..great buy all in all..a lil pricey for a leave in tho

This is a fantastic leave in. Im always on the hunt for a solid performing leave in and this is no exception. The consistency is thick, it has an appearance similar to knot today. I used this after the super sweetback treatment and my hair felt super soft and I could run my fingers through it, which is a rarety for my unruly curls. A little goes a long way and the smell is fairly pleasant as well. This conditioner is definitely worth a try. For the record, Im a truly curly girl (3c, 4a mix) with a light cotton like texture to my hair, my hair ALWAYS has body, its not heavy at all.
