frizzy hair in the summer

I live in an area that has high humidity and a high dew point, which I have found that the dew point, is the culpit. With the humidity and dew point high, I get this frizzy unruly hair.. once I step outside, I can feel it frizzing up, in the winter time, my hair is straight and smooth, which I really like. If anyone knows of a product, that can solve my summer hair problems, please let me know..thanks
